TODDLERS

Our energetic Toddler Rooms provides children with a safe environment in which they can explore their growing world. Educators plan activities and experiences to aid children in reaching developmental milestones and learning new skills. 

In these rooms parents can expect teachers to assist children in potty training and teachers will communicate with parents on a daily basis about their child’s day, including their eating, sleeping and toileting progress.

Outdoor play is very important to us and you will often find our Toddlers playing in our bright and spacious outdoor space overlooking the pond.

Our daily routine incorporates a variety of activities geared at promoting child development, including gross motor activities, STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) activities, multicultural awareness, outdoor play and much more.

Heritage Valley ELCC & OSC has an onsite kitchen facility and we provide children in our Toddler Rooms with 2 snacks and a hot lunch each day. Our menu rotates on a seasonal basis to ensure children are exposed to a variety of foods and cuisines.
